I know they
will never stop talking
So, I’m singing
like there is nobody listening
And dancing
like there is nobody watching
I laid a
foundation with the bricks they threw at me
And became
the man they thought I would never be
They switched
off the lights thinking that I wouldn’t see
When they
abandoned me down the basement to die
I got in to
the elevator and went up to heaventh floor
Where all
my needs and desires were catered for
It was a
spiritual game and my lost faith I had to restore
And meeting
the Man in white was a perfect score
He gave me something
precious I'd never had before
A shinny golden
key that can open any door
I’ve grown
golden wings. I now fly high, up in the sky.
They want
to shoot me down with a jealousy-arrow
But until then,
I will live like a happy pharaoh
I will
stand on top of Mount Kilimanjaro
And on top
of my voice I will sing like a sparrow
And dance happy
dance like there is no tomorrow
Because I've
triumphed over pain, tears and sorrow
So now they
just look at me and covetously sigh
