Get busy living or get busy dying

Sometimes life can be terrifying
But

Life isn’t finding shelter in the storm
It’s about learning to dance in the rain
Well said, “The early bird catches the worm”
But also think of its level in the food chain
What if the worm took a dragon’s form?
The early bird would be the one to be slain
Survival for the fittest is all years a norm
Well known to many as no pain no gain
If you want results you have to perform
If you want the rainbow, put up with the rain

If you want to make omelet, crack at least an egg
To have real friends to back you up, take out the bad ones
The ones that hate you; who wish you literally break a leg
It is more about sacrifices, do your best until success comes

If life gives you lemons, make yourself some lemonade
Like angry demons, crack grounds for all you need
In the middle of the desert build your own cascade
To hit the target you need accuracy, strength and speed

What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger
Well said, “Pain is temporary, pride is forever”
The weak die out, as the strong last longer
A plus to strength you also have to be clever
So,

Get busy living or get busy dying
